Eligibility
Do you qualify for an IEEPA refund?
No customs data needed upfront. A free evaluation determines your recovery potential.
Importer of Record
You imported goods directly into the U.S. and paid IEEPA duties between February 2025 and February 2026. This is the clearest path to recovery.
$1.5M+ in Annual Imports
The minimum recovery threshold is $300K in IEEPA duties. For most countries that's roughly $3M in annual imports, or $1.5M if importing from China.
Carrier-Imported Goods
Your goods were shipped by FedEx, UPS, or DHL on your behalf. You absorbed the tariff cost but aren't on the customs filing. Secondary claims may apply.

180-Day Countdown Running
Entries are liquidating daily. Once the window closes, that money is gone
Time-Sensitive
Import entries are liquidating on a rolling basis. Once an entry's 180-day window closes, the right to recover that money is lost permanently. The government isn't sending reminders.

Frequently Asked Questions
On February 20, 2026, the Supreme Court ruled 6-3 that IEEPA does not authorize the president to impose tariffs. All IEEPA tariffs collected between February 2025 and February 2026 - estimated at $166 billion - are now owed back to importers, plus interest.
It depends on your import volume, source countries, and timing. The minimum viable recovery is approximately $300,000 in IEEPA duties. For most countries, that means roughly $3M+ in annual imports. For China (where rates peaked at 145%), $1.5M+ in annual imports may qualify. Our recovery partner team will pull your actual data and compute the exact amount.
When CBP finalizes an import entry, a 180-day countdown begins. If you don't file a protest within that window, your right to recover money on that entry is lost permanently. Entries are liquidating on a rolling basis right now, which means deadlines are passing every day.
Possibly. When a carrier acts as the importer of record, your business still absorbs the tariff cost but isn't listed on the customs filing. This creates a secondary claim. The legal framework is still developing, but our recovery partner team is actively building recovery strategies for these cases.
Fees are contingency-based - we only get paid if we recover money for you. The initial case evaluation, data pull, and refund computation are all done at no charge. If there's no viable claim, you owe nothing.
Not for us. Companies that use different brokers across ports have entry data scattered across multiple systems. Our recovery partner team reconciles all of it into one clean, audit-ready refund submission. It's actually one of the most common situations the tax attorneys handle.
This is a real risk that most importers don't know about. The government may attempt to reduce IEEPA refunds by offsetting them against other tariff liabilities under Section 122 or Section 301. Our recovery partner team actively defends against offset attempts to protect the full refund amount.
Don't let your IEEPA refund expire
Entries are liquidating daily. A 3-minute assessment tells us if you're eligible - then our team does the rest.
